My mom is a damn good mom. She can cook, clean, craft and cuddle like no one else. She was so good when I was growing up, that I never bothered to pay attention to how she did it! Now that I've started my own little family, I want to learn to how to be a kick ass mom too without losing my own sense of child-like fun and intrigue. This blog is a chronicling of my journey; struggles and all!

Massive, Never-ending To-Do List

  • Budget Budget Budget!!! ALWAYS!!
  • Empty all memory cards on to computer and SORT the photos
  • File that huge stack of papers that's sitting on top of the filing cabinet... and on the floor next to it... and on the coffee table... and under the coffee table... and... oh, you get it!!
  • Start filling out baby book... You know, now that he's 5 months old...
  • Go through baby clothes and remove ones that are too small so you don't have to spend 30 minutes trying to find an outfit for the BABY!
  • Finish writing birth story
